Now that we know how important the great Indian farmer is let's think about one thing, shall we?
He provides us with food, one the most important things because of which we survive, but what does he get? Does he get a lot of money? Increase in land? Recognition? Encouragement?
The answer to the all those questions is no--he gets nothing in return.
Even if he gets something, then it's depression, oppression. We think of them as poor people and we don't even care about them and because of this mentality the great Indian farmers have started thinking about themselves as failures while they have had the main hand in the economic development of this great country.
